agileFRC Self-Contained Clock Source

The agileFRC is a self-contained clock source, suitable for use in many applications. The agileFRC can be used in systems where a ppm-level accuracy crystal clock is not required, reducing the bill of materials, and removing a sensitive component from the system. The agileFRC can be used as the input to a PLL, or directly by the system.

The second use of the agileFRC is in security applications, where alongside the agileCLKMON, the crystal frequency can be monitored against the tamper-proof FRC, thus preventing clock tampering, single-stepping and DPA style attacks.

The agileFRC can be calibrated, and typically can achieve 5% accuracy after calibration.
