agileREF Voltage & Current Reference

The agileREF GP is a voltage and current bandgap reference circuit. Based on a traditional CMOS bandgap architecture, it allows for improved accuracy via trimming and includes optional output reference currents. The cell can also provide a ‘Bandgap-Ready’ output signal indicating that the references are ready to be used, this output signal is guaranteed to be stable i.e. no false positives.

The agileREF GP reference generator is suited to applications such as IoT, Security, Automotive, AI and general SoCs and ASICs.

Agile Analog designs are based on tried and tested architectures to ensure reliability and functionality. Our design methodology is programmatic, systematic and repeatable leading to analog IP that is more verifiable, more robust and more reliable. Our methodology also allows us to quickly re-target our IP to different process options. The agileREF GP voltage and current reference is available on CMOS and FD-SOI processes from 0.18um down to 22nm. We support all the major foundries including TSMC, GlobalFoundries, Samsung Foundry and SMIC as well as other IC foundries and Manufacturers.
