agilePSENSE Process Monitor IP

The agilePSENSE process monitor IP enables in-operation identification of the process corner the chip has been manufactured with, and also allows identification of some aging characteristics. On its own, the process monitor is able to give overall performance data, but when combined with the agileVMON and agileTSENSE the individual process characteristics can be identified.

This IP can be delivered as part of the agilePVTMON, giving a complete Process, Voltage, Temperature (PVT) monitor.

With industry standard APB interface, and deliverable on any CMOS process, the agilePMON or agilePVTMON solutions are ideal for applications where process identification and changes are important - such as those where energy management is required (IoT) or where time-based metrics are important (industrial, automotive, aerospace).
