agileREF_ULP Ultra-Low Power Voltage

The agileREF_ULP GP is an ultra-low power voltage and current bandgap reference circuit. Based on a traditional CMOS bandgap architecture, it allows for improved accuracy via trimming and includes optional output reference currents. The cell can also provide a ‘bandgap-ready’ output signal indicating that the references are ready to be used. This output signal is guaranteed to be stable i.e. no false positives.

This ultra-low-power reference is ideal for driving LDOs for standby-mode applications, where long battery life and minimal current draw are priorities. The agileREF_ULP can be paired with the agileREF to deliver the best in power/performance tradeoff, depending on operating mode.

The agileREF GP reference generator is suited to applications such as IoT, Security, Automotive, AI and general SoCs and ASICs.
