agileREF Voltage & Current Bandgap Reference Circuit

The agileREF GP is a voltage and current bandgap reference circuit. Based on a traditional CMOS bandgap architecture, it allows for improved accuracy via trimming and includes optional output reference currents. The cell can also provide a ‘bandgap-ready’ output signal indicating that the references are ready to be used. This output signal is guaranteed to be stable i.e. no false positives.

The agileREF GP reference generator is suited to applications such as IoT, Security, Automotive, AI and general SoCs and ASICs.
